We had a campaign where we had to contact businesses in India, and due to the detail of the calls we felt that they would be best fulfilled to meet the client brief by a local company. Call2Customer (an outsourced call center in India) was excellent at gaining the data that was requested, inputting it accurately, and again validating the information they had obtained.
This was part of a larger world-wide campaign, and their call results were by far the best in terms of achieving the best results for the client.
