The shortlisted candidates have to undergo screening test which help in refining excellent candidates out of selected ones. Screening involves
- Personal interview with our HR team
- GD, selling/customer service/technical skills knowledge, English aptitude test where candidates are evaluated on their communication skills for inbound and outbound call centers job.
- Data entry and back office work staff have to undertake typing speed and English aptitude test.
